We are looking for an Analyst to join our Data Team. This person will be a foundational member of our team and help to define the evolution of the function and our analytics stack. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, this person will be responsible for growing our knowledge of our product, our customers, and their behavior, and for finding innovative ways for us to use data to make better decisions.

What youll do
This person will own a range of projects and collaborate with folks from Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and more. We are highly collaborative and looking for someone excited to work with teams across the business. Our Analytics team reports into our VP of Growth and is hyper-focused on using data to drive growth across our products.
Cross Functional Efforts
Be comfortable prioritizing competing initiatives across different departments
Work with the Sales function to drive insights that improve efficiency in our processes
Work with the Marketing team to use data to better understand and market to our users
Partner with folks across the business to understand where there are blind spots that can be addressed with data
Be proactive in identifying ways in which we can support other teams with data
360 View of our Business
Combine data from disparate products into one view of our users from first touch to conversion and beyond
Tell a story with data through write-ups and presentations to our senior leadership - we think data is not useful until it can be put in context
Surface all of this data in our BI tool (Domo) to democratize insights across the company
Advanced Analytics
Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics methods to drive better decisions
Be comfortable running analysis on A/B tests and building out advanced predictive models
Know how to balance statistical rigor with speed, and be comfortable delivering projects iteratively as we build out our data stack
Data Infrastructure
Work with teams across the business to consolidate data into our central analytics warehouse (Snowflake)
Be responsible for maintaining a range of data pipelines for both ETL and reverse ETL
Monitor and troubleshoot advanced data models with urgency as needed
Use dbt to manage and automate data transformations using SQL and either python or R
What you bring to the role
Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders at a high growth company, bonus points for experience working with a GTM (Sales and Marketing) team
A desire to own projects and prioritize them effectively
A deep intellectual curiosity - a desire to dive into problems and look for patterns
Ability to tell stories with data - we are always looking for the so what in our analysis
Experience using R, python, or another s ripting language. Bonus points for experience with libraries such as dplyr, shiny, numpy, pandas etc
Experience working in SQL
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Bonus points for experience with Salesforce or another CRM
