Adecco is currently assisting a local client that is recruiting for a Manufacturing Project Manager in Sarasota Florida. This position is Temp to hire, Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm, paying $50 per hour.

A Project Manager or PM is responsible for leading a team of professional in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manages key projects that requires resources from multiple functional area.

• Reviews and develops project charter submissions for complete and accurate information including project scope, goals, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.

• Direct the installation of continuous improvement concepts, tactics, and ideas such tat improvements are accepted and institutionalized in each of the operating areas.

• Identify problems and implement solutions in a cost- effective manner by utilizing leadership skills across multi-functional teams including shop floor, managers and technical experts.

• Participates in the collection and analysis of data pertinent to the site's business environment.

• Continually benchmarking best practices by attending workshop, trade shows, and networking with peer inside and outside the client's network.

Requirements:

• Background in business skills, management and budgeting and analysis.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team from start to finish.

• Delegation sills and enthusiasm for the project.

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

• Organized and multitasker.
