Location: Will be based in the Tukwila, WA plant with travel to Spokane and Vancouver area. Must be local to Tukwila, WA

The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures.

Essential Function - Roles/ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:hourly talent acquisition,employee relations activities,retention analysis & action planning,HR Administration for On and Off boarding,timekeeping and compliance.benefit and policy questions..Administers companywide HR initiatives.Coach and influences leaders and associates.Conducts employee investigations.

Targeted Pay Range:

$67,700.00 - $83,300.00
