We are looking for a principal Business Operations manager to join Amazon’s Global Communications and Community Impact (GCCI) Operations & Technology team. Ops & Tech is an embedded service team designed to deliver secure, centralized technology; scalable programs and processes; and development resources and services that boost GCCI’s culture, productivity, and efficiency.

As the principal Business Operations manager, working from HQ1, you’ll be a leader who influences initiatives and teammates at all levels of the organization in order to problem solve and brainstorm program ideas. You’ll prioritize x-organization projects, communicate clearly and compellingly to a variety of stakeholders, and understand how to deliver excellent results within Ops & Tech, as well as drive change across other GCCI organizations.

Key job responsibilities

You will solve operational challenges to enable GCCI to move more efficiently. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders within their teams to deliver solutions that scale and benefit the entire organization.

The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and is able to balance a broad portfolio of program, operational, and strategic responsibilities. The candidate works with other program and product managers across GCCI to share learnings and influence org-wide strategy.
