Position Overview: The Senior Manager, Global Creative Production will be part of a growing creative community at Stanley and reports directly into the Creative Director. You are a self-starter, have passion for operational excellence, thrives when it comes to implementing production strategies and efficiencies to help scale creative organizations! You will both help mentor and lead an innovative production department, while making sure we are optimizing our production process to scale effectively. Leveraging your proactive attitude and collaborative prowess, you will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, design, and operations orchestrating the refinement and synchronization of our production workflows. Come join the Bearforce! This is a hybrid role based in our Seattle, WA offices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the creative production department, including producers and coordinators, to ensure the timely and efficient execution of all creative projects. Collaborate closely with the Brand Design Director, Senior Art Director, and other stakeholders to develop and implement production strategies that support creative objectives and meet business goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans to ensure project success. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to support production needs and expand capabilities as necessary. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, workflows, and tools, improving efficiency, quality, and scalability. Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the production team, encouraging a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of production efforts with broader organizational objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in production management, and integrate relevant insights into the strategic planning process. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in film, media production, business administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in production management, with a proven record of leading successful teams and delivering high-quality creative projects. Strong understanding of production processes, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, across various mediums including print, digital, video, and events. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus. Proven track record to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. A strategic thinker that can anticipate challenges, develop proactive solutions, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
