Responsibilities The Role At Triple B Corporation dba Charlie's Produce, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Director to join our team. As a leader in the industry, we are committed to using innovative technology to drive our business forward. As the Senior IT Director, you will play a crucial role in leading our IT department and ensuring the success of our company. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can provide strategic guidance, drive digital transformation, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within our IT team. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Develop and implement IT strategies that align with Triple B Corporation's overall business objectives, business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and efficiency. Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to support business operations. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security and reliability of company data and systems. Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of the IT department. A full list of responsibilities will be provided upon first contact. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field. 10+ years of practical experience in IT and Management. 10+ years of people leadership experience.
