Job Description Summary

This role is expected to lead the following roles and expectations.

Lead to Improve Services Technical Skill to contribute Business / Develop Technical Training Sequence / FE Technical skill(Advanced/Proficient) optimization based on service job volume / Lead Digital Service tool projects (such as iCenter, myGEHC mobile app, SIMS, SMAX, etc)

GE Healthcare에서 사원대리급 Training & Digital Service Specialist를 채용합니다. FE팀 (Field Engineer) 및 TSE팀 (Technical Support Engineer) 내 트레이닝 모듈에 대한 검토와 분석을 담당하며, 조직 내 기술적인 역량개발에 기여합니다. Global 본사 및 아시아 지역 관계자와의 소통이 중요한 직무로서, 영어 Communication이 원활하신 분, 유관 산업 내 경력 또는 Technical Operations 분야 경력자를 우대합니다

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan technical training course based on training needs from region input

  • Lead to optimize FE skill balance based on service job volume

  • Lead to improve technical skill for Field Engineer(FE) and Technical Support Engineer(TSE)

  • Develop technical training sequence to improve FE and TSE skill

  • Collaborate with Korea cross functional team and global training team to improve training contents and FE/TSE technical skill

  • Lead the operations of service digital tool such as user registration, update, testing based on the global guideline

Required Qualifications

  • Business, conversational and written English skills

  • Passion and energy to improve technical excellence

  • Highly effective communication skill to influence beyond organizational wall

  • Technical or Service operational experience and knowledge

  • A desire to work with the global service teams to share best practices across the service regions.

  • Leadership, inclusiveness and influencing skills in the Korea and global organization

  • High vitality, enthusiasm and engagement to drive, coordinate and facilitate teams

  • Good analytical skills and ability to drive projects and work activities to deliver outcomes
