Ohio Farmers Insurance Company Small Business Change Management Senior Professional in Seville, Ohio

The Small Business Change Management Senior Professional works on key projects and change initiatives within an organization, focuses on creating and implementing change management plans to maximize employee engagement, and removes potential risks and barriers to change adoption. The role works with cross-functional project teams and business leaders to prepare and implement change initiatives. The role is involved in establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators, analyzing results, and driving continual improvement. The role also coaches Implementation Leads, Senior Leaders, and Executive Sponsors as change champions. The role possesses strong relationship-building, influencing, and consultation skills and have specialized depth and/or breadth of experience to serve as an expert in their area, using best practices and knowledge to improve products or services. The role can scale initiatives, including organizational change, training projects, business process management, and organizational development. Works on creating and implementing change management plans with a focus on maximizing employee engagement while removing potential risk and barriers to adoption and the overall success of the project/ change initiative. Establishes and monitors KPIs, analyzes results, and drives continual improvement, works with project teams and stakeholders to develop and implement performance metrics that track the progress of change initiatives. Coaches Implementation Leads, Senior Leaders, and Executive Sponsors to help them fulfill the role of change champion. Participates in professional industry groups and creates a network of key contacts to stay abreast of industry changes and customers' and employees' shifting expectations. Drives stakeholder engagement, organizational assessment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications/marketing, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement throughout technology consulting projects. Develops actionable and targeted plans as part of the larger change management plan: communication plans, training plans, change enablement plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, resistance management plans. Creates ongoing internal and external communications and presentation materials for the purposes of creating awareness and informing audiences of key items related to the change management plan(s). Provides daily support of operational activities associated with change management and problem management. Consults with internal teams on technology overhauls and replacements, as well as help to rollout new services and technologies. Supports projects across the talent organization to advance our talent objectives either as a project team member or a project lead. 3-5 years of experience in Change Management or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Change, Communications, or a related field, and/or commensurate experience.
