GAMA-1 Technologies, a leader in innovative technological solutions, is looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to guide major projects with direct impact on environmental solutions. This critical role requires extensive experience with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) projects, demonstrating a robust understanding of environmental regulations and technology applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects in alignment with EPA guidelines and objectives.

• Engage with senior stakeholders within the EPA and other relevant agencies to align strategic objectives and operational priorities.

• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in deployment.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations throughout project lifecycles.

• Provide expert advice on integrating technological solutions into environmental management practices.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage issue resolution processes to keep projects on track.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in project or program management, with significant leadership roles in EPA-related projects.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.

• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications.

• Experience with technology integration in environmental or governmental projects.
