ARCO is currently seeking a Director of HR Operations to join our team in our Brentwood, MO office. The Director of HR Operations will be a key member of the HR leadership team reporting directly to the CHRO.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

HR Compliance:

  • Guide immigration and visa processing

  • International employment support

  • Policy changes

  • Manage the varying state law employment changes

  • Coordination with outside counsel

  • Background check administration

  • Subject matter expert regarding the laws that affect our severance agreements, bonus agreements, and policies.

Talent Acquisition Operations:

  • Manage bonus plans

  • Reporting

  • Facilitation of budget

  • Ensure consistent processes for tracking data

  • Assessment administration

  • Management of TA vendors and projects to support enterprise TA team

HR Administration:

  • Leading the HR processing

  • Oversight of employee life cycle processing

  • Leave administration

  • Processing of transfers

  • Processing of promotions, job changes, and locations

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10-15 years of experience working in HR compliance and/or HR shared service process management

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across our business

  • A confident communicator and presenter

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Superior project management and time management skills

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
