This role can be based in any of our US office locations or wherever the candidate chosen for hire currently resides. This role offers both hybrid and remote work options, meaning you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or this role can be performed remotely in most locations in the country of employment.

We are looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships to join the Creator and Partnerships & Experiences team during an exciting time for the LinkedIn brand and business. The Creator and Partnerships & Experiences team unlocks new ways to maximize brand relevance and member value through partnerships.

In this role, you will lead the LinkedIn Brand Partnerships team and shape how we grow our business through world-class partnerships. You will work across many cross-functional teams, from Business Development to Paid Media to Enterprise Marketing to Social to Comms, and will focus on developing integrated partnerships that elevate the LinkedIn brand in culture and unlock growth for the business. You will represent LinkedIn with external partners and be responsible for building/maintaining fruitful working relationships.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience leading brand partnerships that demonstrates their vision and ability for growing a business through this work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop and inspire a team responsible for delivering world-class brand partnerships

  • Set the long and short term vision of the work

  • Set agency model and oversee relationships with our partners

  • Pilot new partnerships models with cross-functional partners across business units to reach new audiences and create leverage

  • Leverage relevant KPIs and consumer insights to ensure partnerships are designed to deliver member value

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across Biz Dev, Social Marketing, Creative Studio, B2B Marketing, Comms, Legal, Sourcing and more

  • Create learning/measurement plans for each partnership

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of marketing experience

  • 3+ years of people management experience

  • 1+ year of brand partnership experience in the consumer space

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency management

  • Strategic thinker, curious, self starter, not afraid to roll up their sleeves

  • Proven track record of developing brand partnerships for a consumer tech, media, or global CPG brand that is mission-driven

  • Comfortable creating learning/measurement plans and asking questions to understand how programs can deliver business goals

  • Confident navigating ambiguous projects and influencing without authority

  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop deck presentations and communicate to various levels of seniority

  • Ability to work independently in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment

  • Thrives in highly collaborative environment and welcomes input from diverse perspectives

  • Understanding of and passion for the social media space and cultural zeitgeist is a plus

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
