What You Can Expect
We are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Research Project Manager to join our team at Zimmer Biomet, and manage all aspects of clinical research for product registration and marketing.
Reporting to the Clinical Affairs and Development Manager ANZ, you will be involved in clinical strategy formulation to produce the clinical data to meet business needs. This will include the effective project management of clinical studies, ranging from study set up and CRO management, through to statistical analysis and publication.
How you'll Create Impact
Work with global and regional teams to ensure all pre and post market activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislative requirements
Lead clinical study development including literature research, protocol drafting and case reporting
Develop monthly and annual project budgets
Be a Subject Matter Expert for Clinical Research
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What Makes You Stand Out
Tertiary qualifications in Health, Life Sciences, Engineering or related disciplines, supported by industry experience
Proven track record in clinical research (preferably in device trials/studies) in ANZ, including clinical study project management
Thorough knowledge of international guidelines and local regulations for clinical research, especially in medical devices
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge in clinical research methodology and processes from the set up to completion phase of clinical research projects
Superior communication skill, and the ability to summarise information for a variety of audiences
