Citigroup Bus Arch&Trans Lead Analyst - C13 - TAMPA in Tampa, Florida

The Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in defining strategic direction and setting business architecture standards covering Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation applications across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations

  • Participates in assessing and incorporating ongoing business and regulatory needs into the Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation business architecture

  • Contributes to creating a standard Enterprise Business Architecture Technology Process through the collation and assessment of major Business Initiatives in conjunction with Business and Technology leads

  • Contributes to the global implementation of common data and data standards, common processes and integrated technology platforms

  • Participates in creating effective and efficient processes and governance

  • Assists in enabling a foundational reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation

  • Advises on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business

  • Implements policies and procedures

  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

  • 6 - 10 years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Additional Information & Specific Job Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to support continuous improvements of key CEAM enterprise-level taxonomies, through the coordination of departmental controls execution and related change management activities. Developed communication, facilitation and diplomacy skills are critical for this role, as is an unwavering attention to detail.

Specific Responsibilities

· Coordinates the execution of specific controls created to ensure ongoing data quality of CEAM enterprise-level taxonomies

· Coordinates change management activities accompanying control execution

· Prepares materials and provides recurring updates to relevant committees, forums, and workgroups

· Supports ongoing, continuous change control improvement efforts, including and especially identifying risks within operational procedures

· Partners with colleagues and stakeholders in the execution of CEAM and Business Simplification objectives

· Champions Business Simplification; acts as educator and envoy of the Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology

· Actively mitigate delivery risks and resolve critical issues and execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously

· Mediate stakeholder conflicts and overcome organizational roadblocks. Make recommendations for and drive improvements – both short-term and long term

Additional Qualifications:

· Prior experience co-ordinating and/or managing change, ideally as primary facilitator of a change control board or equivalent governing body

· Working knowledge of master reference data design principles and related metadata

· Highly refined artefact design skills (spreadsheets, presentations)

· Ability to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment

· Ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks with a high attention to detail

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
