Job Description: Head of Marketing - Oracle Netsuite (Japan)

Position Overview: As the Head of Marketing for Oracle Netsuite in Japan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive demand generation and optimize the marketing funnel. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing JAPAC, you will lead a dynamic team focused on achieving key lead-to-revenue metrics and overall revenue growth. This is a critical position that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of inbound marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketers to effectively drive new and expanding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.

  2. Team Growth: Drive team expansion through strategic hiring and comprehensive training programs.

  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute team strategy based on thorough analysis of historical marketing data.

  4. Collaboration with Sales: Own the relationship with the sales team, fostering strong communication and establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between marketing and sales.

  5. Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate forecasts and present to senior management, contributing to the achievement of greater marketing success in the JAPAN region.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent working experience.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Inbound Marketing Expertise: Mastery of end-to-end inbound marketing and proficiency in optimizing sales lifecycle stages.

  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data to optimize team approaches and company forecasts.
