Description

Amazon Fashion Marketplace is looking for a Senior Performance Insights Manager to drive further growth in the Fashion category.

In this role, you will influence the strategy for the Fashion category by providing actionable insights to support the success of merchants selling on Amazon. You will monitor performance of key input and output metrics, understand root causes, and identify opportunities to double down on areas of growth and course-correct gaps. You will then partner with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to design and execute initiatives to drive the intended outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives in ambiguous situations, and can communicate findings effectively. They possess the ability to operate with autonomy and build a deep understanding of the business by combining quantitative analysis and qualitative insights.

Key job responsibilities

• Create and lead mechanisms to understand business drivers, uncover areas of opportunity, and present business recommendations

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions

• Own weekly/monthly/quarterly business review commentary for key input and output metrics

• Develop and manage milestones across projects to ensure timely and successful deliverables

Basic Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

• Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar

• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, finance or commercial roles

• Experience in SQL and Excel

• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams

• Fluent in Japanese
