Business Analysis

As a member of North Highland’s Business Analysis team, you’ll bring skills and capabilities to help clients make key decisions around how to recognize, formalize, and implement change. We combine our resource-based skills with analytic tools and data to consistently, creatively, and accurately drive sustainable results for our clients. With a focus on building capacity, capability, and community, you’ll be a member of a team of high-caliber business analysts – providing the training and coaching our clients need to sustainably enhance performance.

Exciting work you will do:

  • Collaborate with State technical and business teams to define Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) module business outcome targets, business requirements, and process improvements.

  • Conduct market scan to identify potential solutions.

  • Support evaluation of proposals.

  • Participate in requirements clarification sessions.

  • Review unit and system testing plans and test results.

  • Develop UAT plans, test scenarios, test scripts.

  • Coordinate UAT test execution.

  • Evaluate test results, defect mitigation, and change requests.

What you will need:

  • MMIS business analyst experience

  • Facilitate requirements validation

  • Analyze MMIS business process and outcome goals

  • Evaluate vendor design and test artifacts

  • Develop and coordinate UAT testing

  • Quality review of vendor deliverables
