We are in search of a visionary Product Owner to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This role is essential in our journey towards healthcare innovation, with a focus on delivering cloud-based solutions and digital transformation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with IT and customers, develop product roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring they align with the company's strategic direction.

• Manage product backlogs, prioritizing requests based on business needs and digital solution specifications.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Translate complex problems into technical solutions, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.

• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment throughout the application development lifecycle.

• Develop key performance indicators, documentation, monitor analytics, and provide consultation on new solutions and ideas

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, Business stakeholders, and leaders to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Owner role for a minimum of 5 years

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile product management and Agile Methodologies

• Experience in IT project management and Healthcare Industry experience is required

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management

• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor's degree is required

• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
