Summary of Role:

GlobalFoundries is seeking a people-oriented Principal Change Management Analyst supporting GlobalFoundries strategic imperatives through effective change management, fostering stakeholder engagement and facilitating adoption of change across the enterprise. This individual will support the Change Management Leadership to drive change management priorities across finance, operations, business, IT and other groups to drive the word wide adoption of new processes, technology, capabilities and enablers. consolidation of financial statement data and prepare meaningful analytics and insights. This position is a remote role.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supports change leaders in preparing, supporting, and equipping our talent to adopt change.

  • Works with change leaders to recognize the impact of change by understanding, documenting, and socializing impacts.

  • Responsible for providing analytical support for implementing business, technology, and process changes.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and engage with key stakeholders to document and synthesize the impacts.

  • Develops workstream specific content for communications, learning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

  • Supporting training planning and execution

  • Investigating change management risks and issues that impact change adoption plan

  • Supports change management practices and executes activities from discovery to user adoption.

  • Provides analytics support for key metrics offering insights on change adoption, saturation and consolidation opportunities.

  • Creates and maintains business change artifacts, such as the change plan to enable a successful transition to the target state, provides inputs for cross-program work.

  • Supports change leads in execution of prescribed tactics and framework including key events and reediness milestones.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a focus on human resources, change management, project management or business management.

  • 4 to 6 years of business analytics and data analytics preferred to dive insights on change adoption.

  • 4 to 6 years of change management and/or transformation experience and/or equivalent discipline a must

  • Proven experience in successfully supporting change initiatives, preferably in transformational or organizational change settings.

  • Ideal candidate holds relevant certificates on change management e.g., ADKAR, CCMP, CMS and has a strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Experience in semiconductor industry a plus Minimal Travel Required

  • Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and independent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong and effective oral and written communication skills

  • Flexibility to work in a team environment across different cultures and domains to drive stakeholder engagement and management.

  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry preferred.

  • Strong understanding and proficiency in research and analysis and ability to create data driven insights on stakeholder engagement and adoption leveraging business intelligence tools and Microsoft office suite of products.

  • Ability to work across global locations in matrix role and build effective cross-functional relationships at multiple levels.

  • Ability to engage and connect at the executive level to demonstrate proficiency in engagement, coaching and influencing leaders to drive change management and change adoption.

Expected Salary Range

$67,200.00 - $127,100.00
