Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and vigilant Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting QC inspections on components produced by all production machines, ensuring customer-specific QC inspections are complete, and carrying out post-production quality checks. You will be instrumental in identifying process and product risks, suggesting improvements, and ensuring compliance with all work instructions and personal hygiene requirements. Collaborating with department managers, shift supervisors, production, customer service, corporate engineering, and customers, you will address quality-related production problems and engage in the design and development of new products. Your role is pivotal in the control and responsibility for package development and maintaining the quality of all components produced. Additionally, you will check that all components meet company and customer standards, ensure adherence to quality working practices, and empower staff to manage and resolve food safety issues.
