Sherwin-Williams Change Enablement Consultant in United Kingdom

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The Change Enablement Consultant partners with project teams to enact change enablement strategies for small, medium and large enterprise-level transformation initiatives and strengthen organizational change enablement capability to increase the adoption of new solutions and accelerate value realization of organizational investments.

  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives requiring change enablement support.

  • Create and execute change enablement plans, adapted to the change effort, inclusive of relevant planning tools and metrics.

  • Ensure timely and successful execution of change management plans.

  • Manage the intake process to assess the change management needs of various enterprise initiatives.

  • Support Change Enablement training and self-service tools to strengthen organizational Change Enablement capability.

  • Publish metrics that track the effectiveness of Change Enablement initiatives and alignment with initiative objectives.

  • Provide data & insights to initiatives with the portfolio and provides guidance for leaders across enterprise.

  • Liaise with other Change Enablement leads through a Change Community of Practice to drive knowledge sharing across change practitioners.
