• Responsible for managing the implementation of small to medium projects.

• Develops and implements processes, information systems, and performance measurement systems.

• Manages program performance by evaluating performance to standards and implementing corrective actions.

• Plans the overall project and monitors the progress and follows the internal Software/Technology/IT Project Lifecycle process and gate reviews for requirements, development, Testing, and QA reviews before going live with solutions.

• Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.

• Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.

• Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.

• Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR and other financial measures.

• Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.

• Adheres to program and project governance (controls).

• Manages the projects budget and financial performance.

• Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.

• Manages and utilizes resources.

• Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager.

• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

• Performs other duties as directed.

• Bachelors' degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field.

• More than four years of project management experience

• Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc. )PMP, Prince 2 and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required).

• ITIL Foundations preferred but not required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation experience.

• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.

• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.

• Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).

• In depth understanding of project management concepts.
