We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to become part of our team and assume a vital position in facilitating the entire recruitment process. The perfect candidates will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and applicants to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This position offers an excellent chance for an individual with strong organizational and communication abilities, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.

• Help organize and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process .

Requirements:

• Applicable for Tamheer program

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent English language

• Keen attention to detail and a high level of organization.

• Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Has not been registered with GOSI in the last 6 months.

• Has not previously benefited from the program.
