ManTech Senior OneStream Consultant in United States

ManTech is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Senior OneStream Consultants to join our rapidly expanding team.

 In this role you will assist our consulting team with implementing, configuring, and optimizing the OneStream platform, which is used for budgeting, planning and reporting. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance business processes and technology, with a focus on the OneStream application. This is a remote opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Architect/design/build OneStream solutions that meet customer requirements 

• Lead scoping and sizing of work

• Assist with project management, including project scheduling, task delegation, performance/quality review and customer management

• Assist with data analysis, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping

• Translate business requirements into OneStream models and technical designs. 

• Identifies, prioritize, and execute tasks in the SDLC: analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, debugging, documentation, training, and support

• Develop and troubleshoot security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas 

• Train and support customers on using solutions built on OneStream tools and technologies

• Train and mentor lower-level personnel on OneStream tools/technologies and methodologies

• Design/build OneStream solutions that meet customer requirements 

• Define scoping and sizing of work

• Translate business requirements into OneStream models and technical designs

• Contribute to all phases of the SDLC: analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, debugging, documentation, training, and support

• Develop and troubleshoot security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, and member formulas 

• Perform unit, system and interface testing 

• Coordinate user acceptance testing 

• Develop and update process documents and training materials 

• Train and support customers on using solutions built using OneStream tools and technologies

• Train and mentor lower-level personnel on OneStream tools/technologies and methodologies

• Apply enterprise architecture principles and techniques to design and build financial applications in OneStream

• Apply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles and concepts in creating, developing, writing, testing, troubleshooting and documenting code and interfaces for various financial management applications using OneStream tools and technologies

• Design and create financial reports and dashboards within OneStream by following templates and guidelines established based on client requirements and using industry best practices

• Conduct training sessions for end-users, both in-house and at client sites, to provide support and guidance on using the OneStream platform

• Perform unit, system and integration testing associated with the OneStream tool and its corresponding system interface areas and provide guidance to client staff to support these testing activities and achieve successful user acceptance

• Assist in identifying and resolving issues and challenges related to OneStream applications in collaboration with the senior consulting team

• Design and build data conversion and data load artifacts throughout program planning and execution

• Continuously expand your knowledge of OneStream, financial processes, and industry best practices through internal and on-the-job learning

• Work in an agile environment with the ability to apply agile practices and participate in daily stand-ups and scrum activities

• Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting project timelines

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years minimum of work experience in systems design, development and deployment

• A minimum of 1 year of SQL experience

• Experience working in an Agile development environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Accounting, or related degree

• Exposure to at least to one of the OLAP Technologies like OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, and Cognos TM1

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to identify project risks, provide risk mitigation options and escalate to project management to resolve project risks

• Ability to contribute to various phases of the software development cycle, including in systems analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation

• Ability to mentor junior consultants

Preferred Qualifications:

• General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements 

• Experience on SQL Server and/or Oracle databases

• VB.NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languages

• Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems

• Current U.S Government Secret clearance 

Security Clearance Requirements:

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $111,400-$185,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
