They will work closely with the RPA team and Business Technology department by writing code using RPA software as well as Python language to develop these solutions.Job Category: Entry to senior level positions available. Work locations: In office, remote, hybrid schedules available. Salary Range: $60,000 - $200,000 commensurate with experience and education. Roles & ResponsibilitiesUse RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Python, etc., to develop scalable and efficient process automation solutions. Consider the use of other automation platforms and technologies which can be implemented as part of Trinity's digital transformation. Create automation processes using RPA tools and or other development tools and integrate them into existing business processes. Create and maintain documentation for all automation. Create and perform all UAT for new automation processes. Maintain and modify existing RPA Bot processes to improve performance, correct errors/bugs, and adapt to any new configurations that may impact them. Responsible for the RPA Bot processes for the entirely of their production life. Participation in the identification of new business processes that are able to benefit from the use of RPA solutions. Qualifications & ExperienceMS Power Automate or other robotics process automation technology experience required. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and configurations. Experience in delivering scalable RPA solutions. Experience with Python. Quick to learn new software. Ability to maintain composure and quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment that can suddenly add new tasks and multiple priorities while still completing regularly scheduled responsibilities. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter and pro-active.
