Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a senior project manager to act as a true agile project manager for a Product Information Management Tool Implementation. This tool is being implemented to centralize information/data across the ecosystem. This person will be a part of the "core team" for the implementation and serve as the companies eyes and ears by partnering closely with the vendor/ PIM solution partner (Akeneo). They will be working on a team of 3, alongside a product manager, a BSA and a solutions architect. They will be working in an agile environment, an expected to be run and build a team using agile methodologies. This person will be advocating for change and the core component of delivery. This is a cross delivery team, we are looking for delivery every step of the way from each individual on the team. The project manager will be responsible for taking accountability and ownership of this implementation.

Skills and Requirements

· Work experience in a true Project Management role with Project Delivery Experience - project management, project lead - experience will be measured by communication maturity/ maturity rather that years of experience

 · Working in an Agile environment and following Agile methodologies

   Not just running standups - need someone that understands how to build and run a team from an agile perspective - Scrum Master exp.

 · Strong presence and ability to implement solutions beginning to end - project implementation experience

 · Application implementation experience - on the backend; SAAS product, Cloud Implementation Scrum Master Certification
