Project Coordinator

About the Role :

The Project Coordinator will run and develop metrics on the performance of the end-to-end people administration service. This role will also partner with Account Managers and rest of the wider PSC on audits and other strategic projects.

What You’ll Do:

· Design, implement and monitor KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of current processes as well as process improvements ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

· Implement Process Improvement initiatives aimed at increase efficiency, reducing waste and improving overall operational performance.

· Help developing and maintaining comprehensive process mapping that documents current processes, identifies bottlenecks, and highlights opportunities for improvements.

· Collaborate with broad department and senior management to prioritise process improvement projects based on potential impact, resource availability, and strategic importance.

· Facilitate the adoption of the new technologies and automation tools that support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

· Conduct post-implementation reviews for completed projects to assess outcomes, quantify benefits realised and identify lessons learned for future process.

· Drive SOX audits in collaboration with Internal Audit and PSC team

What You’ll Need:

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential;

· Strong numerical mindset.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

· Good organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills;

· Strong interpersonal skills;

· High level of PC/database skills, including Microsoft Office;

· Ability to deliver to the required service standards in a customer focused environment
