SGI Global LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Chemical Preparedness (ChemPREP) Program.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for all Contractor work performed under this contract.

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR.

• Meet with the client on a bi-weekly basis to discuss progress, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.

• Provide a monthly progress report to the client.

• Shall ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by Department of Homeland Security established rules, regulations and policies concerning safety and security.

  Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP certification) plus 10 years experience managing complex projects incorporating multiple virtual teams across multiple locations throughout the country.

• 10 (ten) years experience working in or with State, Local, Tribal, or Territorial (SLTT) responder agencies (e.g., fire/hazmat, EMS, LE, health care, public health, or Emergency Management).

• 5 (five) years' experience working with response organizations (federal or state) to identify threats, assess capabilities, analyze capability gaps, recommend solutions.

• 5 (five) years' experience applying HSEEP principles or managing an HSEEP exercise program.
