Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Supplier Transitions from supplier to supplier.

  • Liaise with internal teams to identify and define requirements.

  • Provide timely and data backed reporting to senior leadership, highlighting the progress of the project against the baseline timelines and business case projections

  • Conduct critical path analysis, report any schedule changes impact along with recovery plans to support accurate forecasting of project timelines and financial benefits

  • Determine project schedule, drive response time from stakeholders and milestone deliverable completion

  • Minimize project transition times through mobilization to delivery, meeting all regulatory and project requirement

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • 3-5 years in a Supply Chain oriented industry/role, plus Bachelors in related field

  • Solid organizational skills and time management

  • Hands-on experience with project management

  • Ability to both prepare presentations and present to them, speaking to each point after gather requirements from subject matter experts

  • Ability to manage and speak to stakeholder and external team feedback

Desired Skills:

  • Proven track record of project management, as lead or contributor

  • Familiarity with Aerospace Industry and Parts, or related engineering field

  • Familiar with Enovia (product life cycle management), Oracle, MFG/Pro, Cognos and other equivalent ERP / MRP software packages- preferred, not required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

  • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM

  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
